Complete Revalve:
Get the maximum out of your suspension. Through testing with the Data Aquasition and Dyno we have put together some great builds to get the most out of your oem setup. We will completely revalve your compression body assembly, rebound assembly and mid valve. Depending on model we use new ics springs, oil lock collers and more that we change do to suspension type and/or application. In some cases we have complete new valve bodies we use due to the restrictive nature of the oem system.

Street applications use Race Tech, Penske or Ohlins Components.
Fork revalve includes compression and rebound valve body..
Damping Rod type includes emulators and springs.

Check out our complete race ready shocks. These shocks are built with only the best and are assembled at time of purchase. This allows us to build the shock for your needs and application.

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with our work we will
refund 100% of your purchase and reinstall your components.

Spring Rate Testing:
With our Intercomp Spring Rate Tester we are able to insure your bike is sprung correctly, not going by what the box or owners manual says. Proper spring rate is the foundation of your suspension. Dont guess, make sure its right. We test all springs we install at no charge.
- We can test all types of springs up to 2,000 lbs rates

Data Aquasition System:
Test and setup your suspension like they do in nascar!
With this Long-Travel DAS we will set it up on your bike and let you go ride, when you complete 2 laps we will then download the data. With this data we can see everything your suspension did. From # of buttoms to % of travel most used and Velocity ranges. If your suspension tuner does not have one of these, most likely he just does it on the side out of a trailer.

Shock Dyno:
With the help of Treeco Engineering we have devolped a dyno just for testing motorcycle suspension. With this dyno we can now better understand the changes and effects the different parts of suspension have. In the past we have relied on RaceTech's knowledge of suspension with great results, but now its time to expand our knowledge and testing so that we can provide our customers with top notch technology and support. This is another item we feel that any serious suspension tuner must have, if not, he is just a backyard guesser.
